About Conservia - Ecodyne Tableware
Conservia is one of the first ISO 9001-2015 certified companies in this industry. As India’s largest manufacturers and exporters of Palm Leaf products, we created Ecodyne Tableware. Ecodyne Tableware is biodegradable, durable, ultra-chic, and disposable range of plates and bowls made using shed areca palm leaves. We export our range of products to 18 countries worldwide. And have been retained as an OEM supplier in these companies over the years.
Founder's Note
Conservia was founded on the premises to create socially inclusive communities that makes sustainable living solutions for our customers by creating an ecosystem that nurtures and fosters microentrprunerships and creates additional income for the farming community we work with.
Mr. Vinay Manjeshwar founded Conservia Group in the year 2009. He brings more than 18 years of deep experience in information technology, product engineering, and outsourcing markets to Conservia and is responsible for overseeing worldwide sales and marketing operations.
Infrastructure
We have been shipping our tableware to over 18 countries since 2010 and predominantly export most of our products. With two large finishing units and a floor space that exceeds 200,000 sqft, we employ and work with 900 artisans and micropreneurs.
We have over 90 distributed manufacturing units and 6,500 dye moulds running on hydraulic machines round the clock that helps us provide a monthly output of 4.5 million palm leaf plates and bowls. We maintain a stock of over 3 million plates at any given time that enable us to pack and ship (ex-factory) any consignment (20ft container) in under 5 days and a 40ft high cube container in 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Business Social Compliance
Conservia complies with the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and works closely with communities. BSCI is a leading supply chain management system that supports organisations to drive, monitor and improve social compliance within global supply chains. Conservia compensates all the artisans and micropreneurs who work with us by providing them with above-average industry standards wages, proper working conditions, and medical insurance facilities. We verify every Conservia employee is over 18 years of age.

Ever since inception, Conservia has endeavoured to nurture inclusive communities by creating microentrepreneurs and employment opportunities in the hinterland of rural southern India which in turn has contributed in raising the rural living conditions significantly. Value creation through entrepreneurship and production, has fortified the local rural economy in the rural communities where the manufacture happens. Our partnerships with local micro-entrepreneurs has enabled the farming and other rural communities to complement their income and build an ecosystem that fosters community of business.
Environmental Responsibility
As an ISO 14001:2015 compliant company, Conservia is working towards a greener planet. We make a conscious effort to keep the Planet clean. All our efforts are focused on making our community a better place, from the sourcing of the raw materials to the manufacturing process and the final product.
We use sustainably sourced raw materials - the fallen areca palm leaf to create our eco-friendly, biodegradable and compostable range of products. Even the water used for the production is 90% reused after RO and UV treatment since there is no solid and toxic waste in the used water. As an industry first all our manufacturing sites use solar power for manufacuring.
