Cancellation & Refund

1. No Cancellation Policy

2. Replacement of Defective Products
● Please note that each package comes with a seal. Products cannot be considered for replacement or refund if the seal is broken.
● If you receive a defective product, we will replace it. To qualify for a replacement, you

○ Provide clear photographs of the defect and the product’s packaging.
● Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you. In case the exact product is unavailable, we will offer you a similar product of equal value.
