Ecodyne palm leaf platters and trays are the large-format serving pieces of the palm leaf tableware range — available in oval and rectangle profiles, three sizes per shape — six SKUs total. Oval platters: Small (10"×7" / 25.4×17.8 cm), Medium (14"×9" / 35.6×22.9 cm), Large (18"×11" / 45.7×27.9 cm). Rectangle trays: Small 5"×6" (12.7×15.2 cm) and Large 9"×6" (22.9×15.2 cm) currently in production; Medium in development. Low rim profile (8–16 mm) across all formats. LFGB §30 §31 certified for EU food contact. Made from a single naturally fallen areca catechu palm leaf, heat-pressed without additives.

Used in canapé and event service, mezze and tapas stations, charcuterie and cheese boards, sushi service, banquet buffet presentation and sharing board formats in restaurants and fine dining. The oval platter is the most versatile format — its form closely mirrors traditional European serving plates and is immediately familiar to HoReCa buyers. The rectangle tray has a more contemporary profile suited to modern food presentation, sushi service and catered event canape stations. The low rim (8–16 mm) on all platters is intentional — a deep-rimmed platter would obscure the food presentation. These are designed as surfaces, not containers.
