Manufacturing is distributed across 90 production units fitted with 6,500 CNC hydraulic dye moulds running on a 24/7 cycle, totalling roughly 200,000 sq ft of floor area. The process is fully automated CNC hydraulic pressing — not manual labour — and runs across eight sequential stages, from areca sheath collection to UV-sterilised palletised cartons, with a full cycle time of about 36 hours including the 24-hour drying stage.
