This Privacy Policy explains how Conservia Partners (operating the Ecodyne Tableware brand at ecodynetableware.com) collects, uses and protects information when wholesale buyers, distributors and other business visitors interact with our website, request quotes, or correspond with us by email or messaging platforms.
Conservia Partners is the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and equivalent data protection laws in markets we serve.

When you submit a quote enquiry through our website (the form at /get-a-quote/) we collect: your name, business name, business email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), product interest, estimated order quantity, and any free-text message you include.
When you correspond with us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive whatever you send us in that correspondence.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies — essential cookies for site function, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
